Blue Elephant Paris
Nom du chef
Nopporn Siripark
For more than 15 years, the Blue Elephant restaurant offers in Paris (Bastille area) specialities of Royal Thaï cuisine. The unique layout of the restaurant plunges the whole Paris in a luxuriance of plants, palm trees and orchids for both lunch and dinner. The experience full of exoticism and authenticity showed itself to be a true initiatory culinary trip. The Thai chefs, trained at the Blue Elephant cooking school in Bangkok, concoct the most prestigious recipes from their patrimony with the fresh ingredients our colleagues are sending them weekly, flown from Thailand. This is the standard witch gave this ?Thai institution? his international reputation until now, in Paris and worldwide (Bangkok, London, Brussels, Lyon, Malta, Copenhagen, Dubai, Kuweit and Moscow).

Being well acquainted with Thailand, my Thai fiancée and myself would thoroughly recommend this fantastic restaurant. Food is authentic Thai, spicy or not, depending on your taste. The decoration is like no other in Paris. Perhaps more expensive than the other Thai restaurants, but happiness has a price!

Romantic setting, nevertheless the food is very expensive and has a parculiar flavor...
I have to say I didn't like it but it's a question of taste - try it and see for yourself - but for me, no thanks!

The ambiance is nice but nothing out-of-the-ordinary. The lighting is soft and the deco not bad (if you are far from their broken waterfall, not particularly interesting). On the other hand, concerning what was served: catastrophic!!! Small, mediocre appetizers then the entree of a classic assortment of Thai dishes with fish on bamboo: disgusting. The food was cold and had very, very little flavor. In short, for only one, two appetizers, two entrees, two fruit juices and no wine: 85 euros. The biggest gastromic rip off in Paris!!!

Good food (aside from the mango juice that looks like anything but mango juice) but very expensive (102 euros for two people without wine or appetizers!). Service semi-detestable (unless you are old or in a suit). One piece of advice: considering the price of the bill, avoid going there, offer yourself real Thai food instead of a very weak copy...

Idyllic setting, irreproachable service, really good but expensive food. It's a shame that this restaurant is so spacious - makes it feel a little bit like a factory!

Everything is perfect. Quality-price ratio for lunch is unbeatable.

This is the best thai restaurant in Paris.
It's worth going. I can't wait to go back!

Returning from Thailande, we could enjoy a bit more of the delicious Thai food. It is authentic and top quality. Those who find it expensive can go and see elsewhere : bad Asian restaurants pullulate.

Everything is very good ! A romantic dinner on the first floor is an unforgetable experience!

The food is delicious but the wines are much too expensive. The service is efficient but cold.

This restaurant is a real Parisian jewel.
How pleasurable it is to dine out in an exotique atmosphere where one's eyes also share the culinary delights of the evening.

A good restaurant to recommend for a business meal.

A total change. Very attentive service. The thai food is authentic and enjoyable. A great place to go to celebrate an important occasion.

A change from the norm.

Excellent Thai food. A wide selection on the menu, something for every taste. The decor is amazing--you'll either like it or hate it. Without a doubt, one of my favorite restaurants in Paris.
