Tycoon restaurateurs, Costes, pair up with designer India Madhavi to revamp "Arbuci"

L'Arbuci is in for a new makeover: with the Costes family taking care of the kitchen, the establishment's design has been put into the skilled hands of India Madhavi (designer of London's Connaught hotel). Such a pair is sure to keep tables reserved for some time to come.

Looking onto new chefs from across the Channel to tempt their clients' taste, the Connaught Hotel has recruited parisienne chef, Helene Darroze, and part of her team. For the month of June, Darroze will be in charge of the hotel's entire restauration. Will she be able to handle her operations across both sides of the Channel?

La Sieste; a long way from tiring out.

La Sieste, just a few steps away from Boulevard Montparnasse, has been taken over by a young team who have revamped the place with a new modern interior, an unpretentious atmosphere and a lively bar for pre- and post- meal drinks. Once everything is perfected for opening, we'll be the first there.
